Refund policy

At Lightwire Solutions, most of our services are digital and custom. Due to the nature of these services, we generally do not offer refunds after the service has been delivered or work has begun.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Full refund is possible only if the service has not started and cancellation is requested within 48 hours of purchase.
  • No refunds for completed work, delivered reports, or used consultation time.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days.
